All our products are handcrafted in our own workshop in Ukraine, using high-quality materials and traditional techniques. To improve delivery times and customer experience, we fulfill most U.S. orders from our dedicated warehouse in Minneapolis — allowing us to ship even personalized items within just a few hours of purchase. For customers outside the U.S., we ship from either our Ukrainian workshop or our U.S. warehouse, depending on the item and destination. We always choose the fastest and most reliable shipping option available.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We carefully pack each order in our custom-made, branded Mureli boxes to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience. If you’re looking for enhanced gift wrapping options, feel free to message us — we’re happy to offer upgraded solutions upon request. Some of our products, such as artist organizers, come as sets with accessories included, making them ideal for gifting.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

No. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be returned or exchanged. By placing a personalized order, the buyer takes full responsibility, as the product loses its value for other customers. This is an additional clarification to our return policy, which states that the buyer is responsible for preserving the value of the product.

SHIPPING METHODS
Delivery is very safe and fast as I use Fedex, DHL or other best delivery services in your country. It is possible due to my logistics partner with branches in Europe and the USA. Delivery will be that quick that you won`t even notice the item has been shipped from Ukraine.
For example, if you are from the USA or Europe, shipping will take 2-5 days (i.e. business days)!
You will get a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order any time.

HOW I CAN MAKE YOUR ITEM LOOK INDIVIDUAL AND SPECIAL
I can apply your monogram to your item. It could be some text or logo using a method of hot stamping. Such technology provides a very quality image on leather and leaves no unpleasant smell which is left after laser engraving.
