How quickly can do you turn around my order

Custom Brands are typically completed within 10 business days (sometimes longer in December) please allow shipping time into consideration. Chandeliers are usually around 4-6 weeks. There are times of the year that they can be done faster, and the holidays are longer. Once the item leaves our shop, it is at the mercy of UPS or USPS and we are unable to affect any delays.

Custom and personalized orders

This depends on your intention of use. Most of our ranchers that are branding animals use a 6" brand. For weddings, most often it is a 6" or 7.5" depending on the item they are planning to brand. Often times gifts for woodworking, grilling, etc., fall in the 4" range. We can't fit multiple characters inside of a 4" brand. Please send us a message if you are unsure. Once we accept the message, you can upload an image of your brand and we will let you know our recommendation

PLEASE READ the entire description before placing your order as we have different custom brand options, and reach out with any questions!
Customized branding iron with your logo or idea. Typically 4"x4", 6"x6", 7.5", or 10". Can be used on meat, vegetables, wood, leather, pottery, you name it!
If you have a working file (ie jpeg/pdf/png) that has clean lines please select the regular size options.
If you have an idea of what you want but NO working file, or you have a rough drawing (on a napkin, picture of a fence or belt buckle, etc) please purchase the listing WITH the design fee as this requires significant design work on our end to convert your drawing into a working file.

We get all kinds of requests, so feel free to send us the image and ask us what we recommend. We do have our limitations. We can't capture lengthy text. We usually recommend a max of a few letters in text. Some designs are so intricate we just can't capture the detail.
Along with purchase, please include a description and/or an image or drawing of what you have in mind. Detail if you want it to be exactly as shown, cleaned up lines, or if you want help designing your idea.
Be available for responses as we will message with you regarding your order, send you artwork for approval, and wait to receive your approval before cutting and welding it.

If the purpose for the brand is grilling and you want the brand to be smaller than 4" , please let us know up front and comment in the 'note to seller' or message us prior to purchase so that we can let you know IF your design idea is possible to make in a smaller size.

If your brand includes 4 design elements or more (letter, number, shape,) it will be in the 6" x 6" category.
3 or less design elements (letters, numbers, shape) usually will be in the 4" x 4" category.
We always try to stay within the 4"x4" range. But certain designs with intricate details require the brand to be larger, in which case, we will message you about it.
Up to 4 inches, purchase the 4" size
Between 4 and 6 inches, purchase the 6" size
Larger than 6 inches, purchase the 7.5" size
If you have a specific size you want (ex 5 inches) please comment in the note to seller.

The handles are now automatically a 20" Handle, except the 10" brand comes with a 30" handle. If you need a different size option, please reach out.

If you are unsure of what size to purchase, go ahead and send us the image in a message and we will let you know our recommendation.

We don't offer returns on customized personal brands, however we will get your approval on art prior to creating it. If you have any questions or issues please reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you.

Also, we try to get our brands out within a weeks time, however delays in receiving files, art approval, etc. Can push that back farther. Also back ups in November and December can occur due to volume, if you have a time crunch, please reach out to us prior to placing your order to see if we can meet your deadline.
