1. Measure your finger size using a piece of sticky tape, a pen, and a ruler.

2. Measure the diameter of the inside circle of your existing ring.

If you are between sizes, for example size 10.5, we recommend going for size 10. 
A silicone ring is flexible and can stretch over your knuckles. So quite often it is 1 size smaller than your current metal ring.
