Are the listings for 1 Curtain Panel Or 2 Curtain Panels?

All of our Etsy Listings for curtains & valances are for ONLY 1 Curtain panel. If you wish to receive 2 curtain Panels (1 pair) you must submit a quantity of 2 in order to receive two individual Panels (1 pair).

What Width Size should I purchase to provide me with a complete Full Pleat (gather)

If you're purchasing a panel with a Rod Pocket top or Grommet Eyelet Top. Please keep in mind you need double to two-and-a-half times the width of the space you plan in covering so you can have a complete full pleat. For example if you’re planning in covering a space that measures 10'wide. We would recommend going with a panel that measures 20'w or two panels that measure 10' wide each so you can have a full pleat (gather).

Does The Fabric Get Shipped out on a Roll?

All Orders over 10+ yards get shipped out on a Roll. For Orders Under 10 yards, the fabric will be shipped out folded in a box.

Does the fabric come continues when purchasing more than 1 yard?

Yes, that is correct. When purchasing more than 1 yard the fabric will come continues, one large single continues piece.

Can I get Free Swatches Sent to me before I make a Purchase?

No problem, we'd be more than happy to send you free swatches of all the colors you’re interested in seeing, this way you can make a more accurate decision on the exact color and type of velvet that best works for you. We would just need to know the exact address you would like us to send the free samples out too.

What is Your Return Policy?

By Submitting Payment You Agree to Our Full Return Policy. We Offer Our Customers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, on all our Orders. We Have a Strict NO exchange policy, Only if the Order arrives damaged. Please Note: We provide FREE samples before submitting an order if you're not sure or would like to confirm the color or velvet fabric texture before submitting the order. Which we strongly suggest getting beforehand to confirm the color or velvet fabric style you will be receiving. So if you're returning the order due to NOT liking the color or fabric, the 20% restocking fee still applies. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees on all return orders. If the item is being returned for a refund, a 20% restocking fee applies.

What if we Pass the 14 Day Return Policy?

If the item is being returned for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all our orders, within our 14-day return policy. If the return surpasses our 14-day return policy there will be a 35% restocking fee charged to the total. Item must be returned in the same manner as received, for a refund.

This is for a Used High-Quality Luxurious (Thick/Heavy) Velvet Backdrop Curtain made out of 100% Belgium Cotton Material which weighs 16oz per yard and is being sold AS-IS. This material Hangs Very Beautifully and is Very Soft to the Touch. Works Great for Noise Deadening and adds Elegance to any Room or Event. This panel may have been used for demonstration or may have been a customer return so for this reason it may show some signs of minor wear (No Tears, in good condition). It is useable but may or may not contain some minor stains from use. We do give our used curtain panels a good cleaning before re-selling them online.

It comes with a 4 Inch Rod pocket on top so it can be easily hung by any 1/2” -3 1/2” thick Rod or Pole.
