My brand UhOhHome is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency, Packaging Register - ZSVR) with registration number DE1799416318100. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.

As all orders are handcrafted (by me alone), my Christmas cut off date is the 13th November for international orders. Orders placed after this date will likely arrive by the 24th December but aren't guaranteed.

Please contact me within a month if your order has not arrived. If your order has gone missing you're covered with Etsy buyers protection. Please raise a case with Etsy for a refund. If you would still like the items please re-place the order. If affordable I will post the new order with an alternative postal service to speed up arrival.

Some international deliveries may need to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements such as additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on your purchase at delivery, especially so if your order total is over £135/€150/$150.

I will endeavour to assist you if customs related restrictions or delays arise when you order from me, but I am unable to provide local support. Please check with your local post office or government authority for up-to date information, as these charges are beyond my control and subject to change.

The pigments will mix well with and add colour to the majority of cement and concrete formulas. Please be mindful of the starting colour and thickness of your material. The pigments were designed for Jesmonite and aqua resin so may appear muted or require a larger amount of pigment to achieve the colour you need.

Keep out of direct sunlight in a damp free area. Store between 5⁰c-25⁰c. Give the pigments a shake once a week if you're not using them often. A thick dull needle (take care when using) is great for clearing blocked nibs.
