Order Cancellations and Modifications

Please message me within 3 hours of placing your order to cancel or make changes—before time and materials are invested in production. I also check everything in the morning, so no worries if you're in a different time zone.

Print Issues or Damage

If your item arrives with a flaw or is damaged in the mail, just send me a quick message with a photo within 7 days of delivery. I’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. I truly appreciate the chance to make things right before anything shows up in a review. I am here to help!

Missing Package or Wrong Address

If the shipping address is incorrect, I’m so sorry I can’t offer a refund once the order ships (this is part of Etsy’s fraud protection). I ship every order with tracking. But if your package is marked “Delivered” and hasn’t turned up, wait 2–3 days, check with your post office and neighbors, then message me. I’ll do everything I can to support your case with Etsy.

Production time: 2–7 bus. days U.S. delivery: 5–10 bus. days International: up to 30 days Multiple items may arrive separately and have different tracking.

Buyers Remorse & Exchanges

My products are made to order. For clothes - please always refer to the product size chart and compare it to a similar item you already have. While exchanges aren't a typical option, if you wish to trade your purchased item for something else - please private message me to initiate returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must provide tracking info for fraud prevention. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the item. Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer gift wrapping or branded packaging at this time. When you mark an order as a gift, it ensures no invoice is included with the order.

Please always refer to the product size chart in the photos and compare it to a similar item you already have. From personal experience, I find the sizing to be pretty accurate, with a possible +/- one inch difference in length for hoodies due to the stretchy band at the bottom. If you ever receive an item with inaccurate sizing, please send me a private message with a photo of the item with a measuring tape over it, and I will take care of it ASAP!

I am sincerely sorry if you ever feel pressured to leave a review. Etsy can sometimes be aggressive in asking for reviews. Just know that Etsy's reminders are out of our control. Most of us are just regular people here with our own lives and struggles and hearing our customers' 5-star feedback can really make our day.
