I got a size small. I am 53 and weigh 140 pounds. I’m a size B cup. It fits well and I like the pockets in the shirt. It holds my phone nicely. I like that the feathers button off, so you can easily wash them. Because you cannot wash the feathers. The feathers do shed though a little bit.
