I do! Contact me and I'll double check that I can make a map for the area that you are wanting to have on your wall. Keep in mind that at the moment I only have access to places in the US.

All sizes are in inches, but if you're looking for a quick visual comparison: 11x17 is about the size of an open spiral bound notebook 18x24 is slightly larger than 2 11x17 posters side by side 24x36 is 2 18x24 posters side by side

Paper is fragile, and the larger size sheet of paper, the more it flops, folds, and is prone to tearing. Handle your posters carefully by pinching two adjacent corners with each hand, trying your best not to bend the paper. Treat the poster like you would treat a bedsheet, using air resistance to gently float the poster onto a flat, clean surface. If you need to cut your poster to resize it, lay your poster on a soft, clean flat surface (like a fresh, uncorrugated sheet of cardboard), face down. Use a straight edge and blade, like a ruler and boxcutter (fresh blade), to make your cuts. Make sure to measure first! Skin oils aren't great for the ink, so do your best to refrain from touching the front of your poster.

My item arrived damaged! What do I do?

Send me a picture as soon as you can, within 18 hours of delivery. Remember, the longer it has been since delivery, the harder it is to prove that it was damaged in shipping.

Can I get a different colored map?

Sure! Just send me a message and I'll work with you personally.

I need to change my shipping address!

Once I send shipping instructions to my production/shipping partner I cannot change them. As such, I give the same 24hr window to make any changes to the order before I finalize the information.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Due to the nature of my production and shipping process, I am unable to gift wrap packages or provide notes within the parcel.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

As I am a fairly small business, I am unable to provide a small order-to-arrival time. On average it takes about a week for standard shipping orders to send your item out, and the rest depends on the shipping company. I do provide tracking codes, however, so keep your eyes peeled for the arrival of the code!

My poster doesn't fit my frame!

Many frame manufacturers build the frames with a border in mind, but it is not always the case. Cheaper frames are often less accurate, but even expensive frames may have their own 'vision' of how to display a specific size, with custom borders or mats. Due to the method in which most large format posters are printed, the measurements poster and frame manufacturers use should be seen as approximations at best. It can be frustrating! My suggestion would be to purchase a poster first, and find a frame that fits it. Alternatively, you can crop your poster to fit a frame you like using the method described in the 'Care instructions' section.
