This pneumatic micro vacuum has great suction to remove powder from intricate areas, such as engravings on wheels and other parts, while containing the majority of the powder within the included container. Easily empties into your bag or hopper for reuse. This is a high-precision vacuum with quick change tips. Tips are threaded into the handle for a secure, tight fit when vacuuming.

If you are looking for a top-quality tool for your powder coating booth, look no further. This mini vac kit has been designed and tested, with amazing performance on powder coat removal and retrieval, keeping the powder out of the air and from floating back onto your parts or into your booth filters.

The micro vacuum is designed to utilize compressed air to generate a vacuum, allowing you to attach micro nozzles to take non-cured powder off of intricate areas prior to heating the part. This reduces masking time, materials, etc., and allows you to remove powder from areas that you possibly can't mask at all! This is a super precision vacuum for those very tight, micro areas.

Not only are you receiving a mini vac, but you will also be receiving a powder reclaimer!
No spray booth? No Problem! Don't want to waste energy using blowers/filters while utilizing your mini vac? No Problem!

This powder reclaimer keeps the dust down and allows you to retain the powder that you vacuumed off the part. You are then able to re-use the powder if you really wanted to, but mainly it keeps your space clean and efficient, allowing you to keep your filters cleaner for longer! Almost ALL of the powder stays within the included container - plus, the included container fits the Eastwood powder coating guns!

How does this awesome mini vac work? Well, simple. It comes "almost" fully assembled, ready for you to roll right out of the box! All you need to do is provide your compressed air source and air hose, connect to the supplied 1/4" air line fitting, adjust the included air control valve to your liking, and get to work! The powder reclaimer has strong magnetization on the back side, allowing you to simply and easily attach it to your powder coating booth, or if you don't have a metal booth, you can simply attach a steel plate to the wall for the magnets to work on. We recommend regulating air supply to a maximum of 60 psi.

What's in the full kit? You'll receive the following in the complete kit:
- Powder reclaimer with micro vac attachment and spare nozzle holder with magnets to attach easily and conveniently to your metal booth or a piece of steel.
- Powder reclaimer storage container (fits Eastwood powder coating guns!)
- 7 feet of vacuum hose with ball valve to control vacuum flow
- 2 feet of pressure hose with a flow control valve to control the pressure flow
- Vacuum handle that allows you to easily and precisely remove powder from engravings, wheels, etc., which also holds a flashlight (included). The vacuum handle has magnets for easy storage on the metal walls of your booth, or a steel plate screwed to the wall!
- 19 multiple-size nozzles (nozzle with foam not included!)
- Flashlight (provide your AAA battery) - When the battery dies, swap it out and keep going - no need to wait for it to recharge! Light comes with a diffuser to "spread the light" better.
- Literally, take it out of the box and get to work. It's that easy!
