Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders, they are often my favorite projects to do! If you are looking for something specific that you don't see listed, please message me and let's see what we can work out. Every part of the project can be customized from the wording, color, sizing to fonts. Please be sure to keep an eye on your messages because custom orders will come with a digital mock up for you to approve before processing of your order can start. If you don't respond to the message and send your approval of the mock up, we may be forced to cancel your order.

How long does a custom order take?

From your first email to a finished product, is about ten days. You can expect a message from me within the first day or two which will include a proof, final pricing and discussion of colors and finishes. After that, the process takes a few days to prepare the item, apply the background color, let things dry and complete the final product. If you need it faster than that, I can usually work something out, just let me know in your first message to me.

Each listing includes sizing details and measurements for each item. If you have any additional questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to ask.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each item (except labels and decals) come wrapped in white tissue paper. If you are looking for a different gift wrap of your item, please message me.

All items are sent via USPS or UPS with tracking. Please use the tracking number that is included in your order email to track your package. After packages are dropped off and scanned in by the shipper, I have no control over any delays. Please be sure to double check your address when you order. If the buyer provides the wrong address at checkout and the package is returned to the seller, the buyer is responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for the correct address. All items that qualify for free shipping will be USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
