1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
We encourage our customers to make a strong decision about the need for new silk garments before placing an order. We try to do our best when describing and photographing items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully if you have questions - ask before placing the order!
Also, we encourage our customers not to return their purchases because of saving the environment. Every delivery requires logistics (CO2, fuel, people work, the other inputs and efforts).
When the parcel is received, if you think that it is not the item you wanted and/ or it is not matching your personal style, colors, maybe it could be a perfect gift for your friend, family member, or your beloved ones?
Maybe it would be a nice gift to someone than returning and shipping once again?
1.1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
If by any reason you are not satisfied with the sewn item you bought from this shop, we guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- The item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If you find the item damaged or it is different as you ordered, please let us know by contacting us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will change it.
- If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact us before shipping it back. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return like shipping costs, tax, customs and so on. We strongly recommend returning by registered mail with tracking no (so that we all could see where the parcel is).
1.2. FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES VERY IMPORTANT DUE TO CUSTOMS.
Most all returned parcels are held at customs (from non-European Union countries).
So please return the item:
- in the original packaging,
- add the invoice/ order slip (in the transparent plastic bag) and stick it on the envelope so that the customs could see that it is a returning order,
- at the declaration mark "return"/ "returning item" + the price must be the same as in the invoice/ order slip.
PLEASE NOTE: For your own protection, we strongly recommend you to return goods by REGISTERED delivery (with tracking number; so that we all could see where the parcel is).
1.3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR:
- Custom orders - as they are handmade to order and made for every single order.
- Final Sale. Sale items are marked by discounts and have a coupon code.
- Sample Sale. Sample sale items will be clearly marked as "SALE" or "SAMPLE SALE".
1.4. REFUND
- The money will be refunded for the item but not for the delivery (when the dispatch price was paid by the customer).
- If the package is returned from non-EU countries there are customs declaration taxes which you have to pay yourself.
- The money will be refunded only then we receive the item (with registered delivery you can track it).
- A refund for the missing parcel is possible only then we receive a note from the post office that the parcel is lost. In most cases, a parcel is delivered to our customers just it takes a bit more time because of some reasons it is stuck in customs or could be other delays.
1.5. REFUND PROCESS
- We will issue a refund (excluding shipping price) via Etsy payments.
- The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post a few days after the date of processing.
2. PAYMENT
- Payments are accepted via Direct Checkout.
- Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

3. SHIPPING
Most items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days after payment is received!
We are asking you to provide your phone no in the personalization field due to faster delivery. The phone no will be added next to the delivery address that the carrier or your country's post office could contact you.
3.1. STANDARD SHIPPING
In cooperation with your Country's official post service by registered priority mail our shipping time is:
- Europe, UK and USA 2-8 days.
- Other Countries (worldwide) 1-6 weeks.
Delivery terms are approximate and are based on our experience.
Please write your phone number at the checkout (in the field "note to seller"). Carrier will call to discuss details about the arrival of your order.
3.2. IMPORTANT
- If you haven't received your parcel on time, please contact us and we will try to solve this problem together. Please note, that we are not responsible if your shipment is late due to carrier, customs, natural disasters or a surge in delivery volume. We can only ship your order on time and ship via trusted courier, but we can’t control the weather nor we have influence on customs officers and so on.

3.3. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
- There are no additional taxes or duties to pay for buyers for the European Union.
- For buyers from NON-EU, some import fees and taxes may apply on item arrival. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
- The buyer assumes all responsibility for taxes and/or duty fees imposed by their individual country.
3.4. DELAYS
- Please note that possible shipping delays may occur due to mail carrier service policies. These may include weekends, public holidays, mail carrier service closures, weather delays, and the like.
- If you haven't received your parcel on time, please contact us and we will try to solve this problem together.
3.5. RE-SHIPPING
- If the parcel was delivered unsuccessfully (wrong delivery address, the buyer wasn't at home or any other reasons), the buyer forgot or did not pick up the parcel from the post office, it will be returned to us automatically.
- We will be happy to ship the parcel once more, but you will be extra charged for the shipping costs.
