MOBILE DEVICE You will have to log into your Etsy account using the browser. The Etsy app does not have a download option. CHECK OUT AS A GUEST You will receive an email with a download link. WHERE CAN I FIND MY DOWNLOADS?

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. You can also access your digital purchases from within your account: 1) Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. 2) To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser.

I PURCHASED A SET OF TWO. HOW DO I OPEN A ZIP FILE?

If you purchased a set of two or more, your files will be in the form of ZIP files. If you happen to receive one of these files, opening is pretty easy. When you receive or download a ZIP file, they’re not immediately able to be used. You have to open them and remove the contents. If you’re on a PC, this is done by right-clicking the ZIP file and then choosing “Extract All” to unpack all the contents of the ZIP. Mac users can simply double click the ZIP and the unpacked files will appear next to the original ZIP. If you have any questions about opening these files, please contact me.

How long will it take to receive my order?
