SMALL PRINTS are shipped from my studio in Paris, France. They are carefully packaged with love and shipped flat in a sturdy envelope mailer with protective cardboard. • Dispatch: 1 to 2 business days from order. • Delivery: ◦ Canada : 5 to 10 business days from dispatch date. ◦ Europe : 4 to 6 business days from dispatch date. ◦ Australia and New Zealand : 10 to 17 business days from dispatch date. LARGE PRINTS (16 X20 inches / A3 and larger posters ) are shipped by my professional printing partners from Europe. • Dispatch : 3 to 5 business days from order. • Delivery : ◦ Canada : 5 to 8 business days from dispatch date. ◦ Europe: 4 to 6 business days from dispatch date. ◦ Other destinations : Shipping time may vary.

The two printing labs I work with in the United States and in Europe specialize in fine art printing with vibrant colors, ensuring each print is individually checked for quality.

DAMAGED PRINTS DURING TRANSIT AND REFUNDS :

My printing partners and I take great care in packaging, ensuring that prints shipped from our studio and labs usually arrive in perfect condition. However, if your print is damaged in transit, please send the following photos within three days of delivery, and I will gladly send a replacement: • A photo of the full packaging, clearly showing your name and address. • Three photos of the print itself from different angles. • A close-up of the damaged area on the print. • A close-up photo of the shipping label. If you prefer to receive a refund, please send your print(s) back to my address. Once I receive them, I will issue your refund right away. Thank you for your cooperation!

According to EU law, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of purchase. However, if the print is not returned in pristine condition, only 50% of its value will be refunded. The shipping cost for the return of a product is the customer's responsibility. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please note that no refund will be issued for packages returned due to an incorrect address. To avoid any issues, please double-check the mailing address you provide to Etsy. Thank you!
