✨CANCELLATIONS✨
Thank you so much for entrusting us with your order during this special time. If you decide to cancel after receiving the mockup but before approving it, we kindly ask for a $25 fee per person/pet drawing (or custom design) to be deducted from your refund. This helps cover the time our artists have spent creating your personalized design with care. We truly appreciate your understanding and are here to help create a meaningful tribute for your loved one.

💗 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 💗
All can coolers are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If there is an error on our part we will gladly send a corrected replacement or issue a refund. Please make sure to contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a return authorization. Make sure you return the items back to us within 5 days of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable.

If you need your order rushed please message us before ordering telling us when you need your order and what State you're located in.
We will reply asap (usually within 1-2 hours) confirming if we can rush your order, and advising you about what Shipping Method will be necessary to get your order delivered in time for your event.
