How's the fitment with your items?

I personally render, create, and test fit all pre-cuts myself so I can ensure they work for my customers and their corresponding vehicles. Please read the listings to confirm your vehicle model/trim and year match the listing it's specifically intended for. All items are tested at length to accommodate most at a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) level.

Handling & Processing Time

Please note all items are made-to-order. I do my best to ship as quickly as possible, but custom orders can take up to 3 business days before shipment.

How can I track my order after it shipped?

Depending on the item purchased, your order will be shipped either via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is provided once your order is shipped via an email from Etsy and will also be linked on your Etsy Account's order history page which can be checked on the Etsy app or on Etsy desktop. If you still have difficulties finding your tracking number, feel free to contact me via Etsy Messages so I can assist you further.

All purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges. This is because all items are made-to-order to ensure every customer receives brand new decals. Before purchasing, please confirm you have the exact vehicle listed as all items are specific to the make/model/trim/year listed. Review the title, description, and photos provided before you make your purchase. You are responsible for your installation. Any installation errors are the installer's responsibility. If you have any questions, please message me before making a purchase. If you force a return by shipping back your order for a refund, I will reject / return to sender your "return" package. If your manipulative return is lost during transit, that is your fault/issue.

Return-to-Sender or Invalid Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address on your order. Orders are shipped only and directly to the exact address that you originally provide on your order. If an order is returned back as Return-to-sender, Invalid Address, Incomplete Address, or Vacant, it will be processed as Restock (a 30% restock fee) and the remaining amount will be refunded. You will need to place a new order with your correct address if you are still interested in the item. If you use forwarding services, it will be your responsibility to manage your deliveries with the third-party. If the forwarding service fails and gets returned back, the order will be processed as Restock (a 30% restock fee) and the remaining amount refunded.

Do you offer faster shipping methods?

No, I do NOT offer faster or expedited shipping methods. I also do NOT offer rush order or priority requests. Please check each listing, refer to the Etsy-estimated date range that takes into account my processing time and carrier transit time, and plan accordingly.

International / Forwarding Shipping Addresses

Unfortunately I do not offer international shipping due to high rates of lost mail / packages during transit. I also do not ship to US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, APO, AE, and the Northern Mariana Islands. If you place orders with shipping addresses that are related to third party forwarding / cargo export services, you are 100% responsible for any transit issues due to your third party receiver.
