All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Posting days are every weekday (excluding bank holidays).

If any orders are returned to sender and you still wish to receive the item, you will be required to pay for the repeat postage.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, I will refund the cost of the item, less the postage cost.

There are a number of reasons why an order would be returned to sender - incorrect address, addressee not known, not collected from the sorting office after a delivery attempt, etc.

However as Royal Mail have fulfilled their duty to attempt delivery and then return to me, the postage you paid for has effectively been used, so postage will need to be purchased again, to have the order resent.

I wish I could swallow the cost of resending orders, but as a small business, I'm simply not able to.
