How to Order (Quick Guide)
Please review the product photos. All embroidery locations, font options, and thread colors are shown there and apply to all hat styles.

1️⃣ Choose Hat Color
Select the hat color you want.
If ordering multiple colors, add each color to the cart separately.

2️⃣ Choose Embroidery Location
Select where you want the embroidery placed (front center is most common or front left panel for 6 panel hats).
All available locations are shown in the photos.
If you want an extra or custom placement, note it in the personalization box or message us- it needs an extra fee.

3️⃣ Personalization (Required)
Logo:
Send your logo image (any picture) via Etsy messages.
You may not be able to send a photo in your first message—please wait for our reply.
Any clear logo photo is acceptable (no special file type required).
We do embroidery only, not printing. All logos are converted to stitch files.
Text:
Type the text exactly as you want it embroidered (ALL CAPS, lowercase, stacked, etc.).
Choose a font and thread color from the photos.
If text does not fit on one line (wont be good), we will adjust it for the best result- stacked.

4️⃣ Quantity & Discounts
Select the quantity you need.
If you can’t adjust quantity before adding to cart, update it inside the cart.
Discounts are applied automatically based on total quantity (typically 10%–50%).
Orders of 60+ hats may qualify for additional discounts.

5️⃣ Multiple Colors or Styles
You can order different colors or styles.
Add each item separately, then checkout together.

-Logo Embroidery: To proceed with logo embroidery, we will need the original (actual) image of your logo/design.
-Text Personalization: When entering your desired text (monogram, Greek letters, wordings) in the Personalization Box, ensure correct spelling and pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
-Font Selection: Choose a font from the provided font list in our Product photos. For cursive fonts, it is advisable to avoid using all uppercase letters.
-Thread Color: Select thread color(s) that create a contrasting effect with the cap color, ensuring your embroidery stands out.
-Color Modifications: If you wish to modify the logo color based on the hat color, please include a note with your preference.
-For Snapback hats, we have the capability to arch the embroidery on the back. There is ample space above the snap where we can add short text or incorporate a simple design or logo.

*When selecting cursive fonts, it is advisable to avoid using uppercase letters. Cursive fonts generally look best when the first letter is capitalized, and the rest are lowercase. On the other hand, uppercase letters complement block fonts beautifully. For business names, using block letters is recommended as they are bold, easy to read, and effectively promote your company's name.
If you're looking for a fancy and elegant option, cursive fonts are highly recommended, particularly for gifts. When using cursive fonts, remember to capitalize the first letter while keeping the remaining letters in lowercase. This combination creates a visually appealing and stylish look for your custom embroidery.

●LOGO DESIGN●
For logo design, we offer digitizing services, which involves converting an image into embroidery format (DST) for stitching.

We provide free digitizing for simple logo designs that are single-colored and do not include elements like shadows, clipart, or outlines. These types of logos can be digitized at no additional cost.

In the case of detailed logos or designs, we collaborate with a professional digitizing company to ensure the highest quality. A one-time digitizing fee of $20 is required for each detailed logo, and this fee covers the digitization process. Once digitized, you will not be charged the fee for future orders of the same logo.

*Please note that there is NO DIGITIZING FEE FOR 5 HATS OR MORE THAN 5 HATS.

Additionally, you have the option to purchase a DST file for an additional $30, bringing the total payment for logo digitization and ownership to $50.

It's important to note that the digitizing fee is non-refundable, as it directly covers the cost of the digitizing process handled by our trusted digitizing company.

If there are any concerns logo digitization for or if something doesn't look right , we are happy to provide mockup photos.
However, please be aware that if you specifically request to see mockups, there may be an additional fee associated with providing the mockup, and we will provide you with a link for the payment.
