Everything Etched is a 5 star rated Etsy shop based in Arizona, all designing and etching is done in house.

2. Enter your personalization info in the boxes provided and see a live proof of your design
3. Click confirm to create your design proof
4. Review your proof to make sure it is correct. Remember, that will be the exact file that will be used. No one will review your proof after the order is submitted.
5. Once you accept your proof, you will be provided a 5 digit design number. Copy that number and come back to Etsy.
6. Paste that number into the box under "Add Personalization"
7. From the drop-down, select "I followed the steps"
8. Finish checkout on Etsy

*Want to leave off a date or other field? Just leave that box empty in the form fill. When you click confirm, it will remove the sample text and leave it blank. Don't type "Leave Blank" as it will enter that text.

*Need assistance creating your design or want us to do it for you? Then just select "Please do it for me" from the dropdown. Enter "Help" in the personalization box. Check out and on the checkout page, put your personalization notes in the "Notes to EverythingEtched AZ" text box.

If you would like to speed up the process, you have 2 options at checkout. “Arrival within 5 days” puts your order at the front of the line ensuring it gets out our doors as quickly as possible. However it does not pay for faster shipping. “Guaranteed within 3 days” moves you to the front of the line AND will upgrade your order to 1-2 day shipping.

* If you selected “Please do it for me” the designer will input the information the customer provided. Since this a predesigned template no proof will be provided to the customer.

*If you specifically request a proof or a designer does end up sending one, customers will have 48 hours to approve the design or submit revisions. Once that time has expired the company may move forward with engraving to meet the Etsy shipping deadline, relieving the company of any liability if the design is not to satisfaction so long as the design is based on the information provided at time of purchase.

*If you selected “I followed directions” then that means you made your design and approved it. Once approved by the customer misspellings, incorrect dates, or any other typographical errors are no longer subject to refunds since the customer is given the opportunity to approve all designs prior to engraving.

*All designs are based on information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. There is an allowance of two revisions per order. After that, additional revisions including changes to text, fonts, size, placement, etc. cost $5.00 per request.

*All correspondence is via email and Everything Etched is not responsible for any emails that may be blocked due to spam filters.

*All times listed are just an estimate and not a guarantee. All estimates are based on after the proof is approved.

*When purchasing a shipping upgrade, only the shipping upgrade amount will be refunded in the case of a delay.

*Any request for a deliver-by date, will be treated as such, just a request. We will not put your order ahead of others based on a request unless you paid for upgraded shipping. No refunds will be given if we do not meet your requested delivery date AND you did not purchase upgraded shipping.

* Holidays may affect production times.

*We only accept cancellations before an order is made. If you need to cancel an order and the design proof has already been made, there will be a charge of $5 per design.

*We etch glass using a laser, which scratches the surface of the glass. It cannot be engraved into the glass or go deeper below the surface. By nature, it is semi transparent. It will always look best against dark colors. It cannot be done in color. Since it is scratching the glass, it is natural to have some inconsistencies around the edges.

*All wood products are made from natural wood and may contain knots, grain lines, and uneven surfaces.

*Colors can look slightly different than displayed due to color settings on your device. Tumblers are not microwave and freezer safe

Any part of the design that is text can be change? You are welcome to personalize it how you like it. You can remove any text item. Changes to the design elements, font, or adding text will require and extra charge.

Please include any personalization details regarding your design in the “note to seller” section at checkout.

We do not offer color etching.

This is not a sticker. Our etchings are are created with a laser that actually etches into the glass, and engraves directly into the wood.

If you would like to use a design or logo of your own, just send it to us through Etsy. If you wish to use a quote or message of your own, simply include your personalization notes, along with your font choice, in the “note to buyer” section at checkout. Once we receive your order, we will begin to work on your design poof!

Once you place your purchase, we will send you a design proof to your email for you to approve. Personalized/templated orders do not received proofs, only full custom orders. Once approved, we will create and ship out your item in 2-3 days.

Delivery time depends on what you ordered and where you want your order shipped to.

For all custom orders, the design is created after purchase. This is very standard for any design work. Each design takes time to customize specially for you, and we want to ensure that we are working on designs for committed customers only. This also protects our work from being used somewhere else. Please note that we only send proofs for full custom designs. We do not send proofs for our template designs.
