Please handle your garments with care and read all garment care labels carefully. Do not leave garments to soak and do not wring, rub, twist or spin dry your items; hang products to dry or allow to dry flat. We don't recommend to put any silk garments in the washing machine or dryer as this may damage the fabric. Garments should be ironed inside out.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns if they meet the following guidelines: - Contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery; - Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags attached. Buyer is responsible in any loss in value. - Once the garment is received and inspected, the refund will be issued. You can't return following items: ✘ Custom or made-to-measure garmen ✘ Underwear ✘ Items bought on sale Please note, if you refuse to accept or reject the package because you refuse to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund less the shipping cost. In case of a return, a return fee of approximately 20% of the product price. Refund will be issued within 48 hours if all required conditions are applied.

Standard shipping is free for all destinations. Please note: For US customers, the amount shown at checkout is not a delivery fee. It reflects only prepaid import duties (approx. 10% of the product price), ensuring smooth delivery without unexpected customs charges. HOW SHIPPING TO THE USA WORKS

We carefully make and pack all orders in our studio in Kyiv, Ukraine. Then we gather all packed orders into one consolidated shipment and send it to our shipping partner's office (located in Pennsylvania, USA) via DHL, who delivers shipments there within 2-4 working days and almost without delays. As soon as the office receives the consolidated packages, they divide this consolidated shipment and immediately send them to the USPS. Delivery in the USA takes from 1 to 3 days usually, thereby ensuring quick delivery to you. Delivery to Canada, Australia, Mexico and some other countries is also carried out through the office in the USA and takes normally about 7-10 business days.

So even though you will see the stamp which says that your package arrived from Pennsylvania, don’t doubt we personally packed your order and sent it from Kyiv. And if for some reason you would like to exchange or return your order, you need to send it to Kyiv, Ukraine, not back to Pennsylvania. Take care and be safe! We believe that things will return to normal soon!

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
