Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do everything I can to resolve any problem.

My shop sells digital downloads for a variety of occasions, such as invitations, party decorations, and posters. Once you complete your purchase, you will be able to download your files immediately.

You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

To access your digital files from your account:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.

2. Go to Purchases and reviews.

3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

4. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images.
