It is a digital representation of how your invitation will appear when printed (using various printing techniques like digital, thermography, letterpress, foil, engraving, etc.!). At our shop, we offer proofing in two ways. You can see it by purchasing a digital or physical sample.

1- Digital preview: A prepress, layout design available for purchase as a digital image. 
2- Sample: Physical sample purchasing before placing bulk orders.

Proofing your invitation is essential because during this stage, any information can still be changed and edited. It ensures that your invitation will be exactly how you envision it before finalizing the printing process.

You can order invitations in any language you prefer, such as Spanish, Arabic, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, etc. This service is free; however, we do require you to provide us with the wording before or after placing the order. You also agree to take responsibility for any mistakes, so we recommend checking your wording thoroughly before submitting it to us. Please note that some letters may display incorrectly if we don't have specific fonts for certain foreign languages. To avoid any confusion, you can provide us with the font in your language in a TTF file.

You have the freedom to customize various elements of your invitation design, including Monogram, Greeting, Text, Font, Spacing, RSVP, and style. Additionally, you can use your own design monogram. In short, we can change everything according to your preferences.

For example, if your guest list is 200 and your spreadsheet indicates you need to order 100, we recommend adding an extra cushion of 10% to cover any emergencies. In this case, you should order 110 wedding invitations. Having that extra 10% could be a lifesaver!

Shipping is free to destinations in North America and Europe. For other destinations like Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, etc., shipping prices may vary.

We offer a no-fee cancellation for any order that has not entered the production phase yet. Unfortunately, orders that have already gone into production cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us, and we will assist you.

We stand behind a 100% quality guarantee on products, printing, and services. However, we cannot accept returns on personalized products that have been approved by you for print. If you have any concerns, please inform us, and we will handle each case individually to best address your needs.
