When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Will I receive my order within the 'estimated' delivery times?

Most orders are delivered within the 'estimated' delivery times, however, on occasion delays may occur which are beyond our control. Please place your order in advance to allow extra time should your order experience a delay. Royal Mail have recently reduced their operating days for standard delivery, which may cause delays. Standard delivery dates are estimates only, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive. Can I cancel my order?

We do gladly accept cancellations within 1 HOUR of purchase. Orders are processed swiftly upon purchase 7 days a week and as they are made to order, they cannot unfortunately be cancelled once the 1 HOUR cancellation window has passed.

The delivery address I provided is incorrect, can I change it?

Orders that are NOT yet dispatched - A new order will need to be placed with the correct delivery address. Once placed, we will then cancel your original order. Orders dispatched - Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, you can no longer change your delivery address. **Please note that we do not check/verify delivery addresses. It is the buyers responsibilty to check that all delivery information is correct before purchase. Orders with incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses are unfortunately not eligable for a replacement or refund.**
