Purchased yet another jar if Bukhara Chili Oil simply because it is beyond outstanding in my opinion. Feroza's Bukhara Uzbek chili oil is heaven on earth! I have purchased 3 jars so far w/ more to come... It is divine yet simple, delectably balanced & complex that leaves others bogged in an oily mess. If you enjoy Sichuan/Mala-type chili sauces as I do, Feroza's delicacy is not a fly by night ho-hum recipe. She assembles the sauce as only a skilled master would. I received my 1st jar couple of weeks ago & it's GONE. I've topped dumplings, breakfast eggs, Soba noodles, Malaysian chkn satay, fragrant veg rice pilaf, salads comprising English cuke, jicama, Napa cabbage, tofu & shredded chkn, spring rolls, grilled chkn, etc. I have since purchased 2 more jars. Upon request, Feroza was kind enough to make mine spicier & it is perfect. As suggested I refrigerate it & stir very well b4 each use, which is very often...very happy!

This chili oil is probably the best chili oil I have ever had. The spice level was perfect and I put it over pasta and it was the best thing ever. I actually put this on everything I can and it makes everything taste good. I would highly recommend buy this chili oil and I will be definitely buying more.
