All of my items are made to order and shipped by me from Illinois. I get each order made and shipped as quickly as possible. However, my processing time can sometimes take a few days depending on my current order load. USPS Ground Advantage (First Class) is my standard shipping option since it is the most affordable way to ship. I do participate in Etsy's free shipping on orders over $35 option (I cover the cost of shipping on any order over $35).
Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over how quickly it gets to you. However, please reach out to me if you have any questions or issues! I am ALWAYS going to do everything I can to make things right if there are any issues at all with your order! If a package is lost I am going to replace it. I just find this is usually easier and much quicker than filing a claim unless it is a large order! I do ask that you contact me before leaving negative feedback. USPS has been a little slower lately and I try to keep my eye on each tracking number. I am noticing that packages going to coastal states (especially CA) are taking a little longer to arrive via Ground Advantage.
If you have a special event coming up and need your package by a certain date... you are welcome to message me or add a note to your order.

I do have a "Rush order" listing available. You can add this onto your order and have your order bumped up to be made and shipped same day (if ordered by 12pm noon Central time). This also upgrades shipping to Priority Mail. Please make sure to read the information under the "Rush order" listing if you would like to add this on. I also ask that you message me after placing the order just so that I can make sure to get to it right away! I cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date due to the current USPS situation.
This does not interfere with the shipping time of my other orders because I add additional time to my work day to include any Rush Orders.

I continue to make all of my items myself in house so that I know exactly what each customer is receiving. This also allows me to customize any order and make my packaging a little more personal!
