These pie plates are approximately 1 3/4" tall and have a beautiful fluted edge which accents your pie perfectly. Some people like to use the fluting as a guide in laying the crust in the dish & others prefer to stop the crust at the edge of the pie plate, either way works!

The dusty purple glaze pattern starts with a base-coat of my purple glaze adding a broad stroke of red glaze which works in with the purple to create a wonderful unique splash of color.
