Choose the number of people per card and black and white or colour, then set the quantity to the number of cards you need. After ordering, send clear photos and the names through Etsy Messages. For couples or families, tell us who should appear together on each card. Include your event date. We send the designs for your review before printing.

Our physical place cards are approximately 10 × 10 cm. With the wooden mini easel, the overall display is approximately 10 × 15 cm. Each physical place card includes one mini easel. Choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 people on the same card. The quantity in your basket is the number of cards, not the number of people. Please check the individual listing for what is included.

What photos should I send?

Send clear, well-lit photos where each face is easy to see. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, very small screenshots or faces hidden in shadow. Separate photos are welcome for people appearing together on one card. Label the photos with the names to print and explain any preferred clothing or details. If you are unsure whether a photo is suitable, send it through Etsy Messages before ordering.

Will I see my design before printing?

Yes. We send your designs for review before printing. Please check the names, spelling and which people appear together, and tell us about any requested adjustments at this stage. Printing begins after your approval. For a particular style or an important detail, message us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

HOW TO ORDER

3. After purchase, send clear guest photos and the names to include. Tell us which people belong together on each card and your event date.
4. Review your designs before printing.

TIMING
The current processing estimate is 1–2 weeks. We print after you approve the designs; printing takes approximately 2 days. Delivery time is additional. Please send your event date and order early, especially for larger guest lists. Contact us before ordering if your deadline is close.
