1. What sizes and materials are available?

• Dowsing Boards: 195 mm diameter in 3 mm or 4 mm plywood. • Radionics Boards: Minimum recommended symbol size is 150 mm; however, most symbols in my shop are approximately 180 mm to promote optimal geometric balance and efficient energy emission. Available in 3 mm or 4 mm MDF, Premium MDF, or White MDF. Overall board size is typically 203 × 195 mm or 260 × 160 mm, depending on the symbol — see listings for exact details. If you’d like a different material or protective finish, not shown in the listing, please contact me — I can usually create a custom variation. (See Finishes.)

2. What’s the difference between Standard and Premium MDF?

Standard MDF is light brown with a medium-tone engraving. Premium MDF is darker in colour and engraves much deeper, creating a stronger contrast and refined appearance. • Standard MDF is light brown with a medium-tone engraving • Premium MDF is slightly darker and engraves deeper, producing stronger contrast and a more refined appearance • White MDF offers the highest contrast but can mark more easily and, due to its excessive processing time, is therefore offered on selected designs only.

3. What finishes do you offer?

All Standard MDF boards are available Raw* or Lacquered. *Raw (lightly sealed with a clear lacquer to stabilise the engraving and reduce surface dust) Premium MDF is available Lacquered only. 5. What are Crystal Radionics Boards?

NEW: Crystal radionics merges classical radionic geometry with crystalline energy. Each board is CNC-pocketed and filled with resin infused with tourmaline crystal powder. The 4 mm MDF base features a white resin layer blended with quartz powder for energetic balance. We are still updating this collection; dispatch times are up to 14 working days. 6. Order production, delivery times & customs information

Standard MDF Raw orders dispatch within 2–4 working days. Lacquered, White MDF, large, combined, or custom finished orders may take up to 10 working days during busy periods. Delivery aims: UK: 1–3 days | EU: 5–7 days | Worldwide: approx. 10 days Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees applied by their country. EU orders under €150: VAT collected by Etsy at checkout. EU orders over €150: VAT not collected at checkout — may be payable on delivery. US orders: all current import tariffs included in the item price. Tracking available as an optional extra — recommended for international orders. Delays due to customs or postal services are beyond my control.

7. What’s your cancellation and return policy?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour before production starts. As each board is made to order, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s a problem, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos — I’ll resolve it promptly. If a return is agreed, the buyer covers return postage and must return the item in its original condition. Refunds exclude postage costs, and for U.S. orders, the tariff portion of the price.

8. Copyright & Custom Work

All product photography, layouts, and board designs by LaserGiftsByDave are original and protected by copyright. Many traditional symbols are public domain, but my arrangements, engravings, and imagery are not to be reproduced commercially.

9. Custom Orders & Requests

I can create custom Radionics, Dowsing, or Crystal boards tailored to your needs. I have many Radionic designs not yet listed. If you have a PDF, design, or symbol you’d like engraved, I can usually convert it into a laser-ready file and produce a board just for you. Custom orders are priced individually depending on complexity and materials. Please message me before ordering so we can discuss your requirements, options, and pricing. 10. How are the boards packaged for safe delivery?

Small Orders: Each board is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded MailLite Jiffy bag to ensure safe, secure delivery. Large Orders: Every board is individually bubble-wrapped, with corners protected using cardboard corner guards. The full order is then wrapped again in a layer of bubble wrap and finished with a durable brown parcel-paper outer wrap. This multi-layer approach keeps your boards flat, protected, and well-cushioned throughout their journey.
