What's your return policy?

There are no returns, but if your item arrives and it's not up to our standards, please contact us immediately. Please include photos if there are damages, defects or printing issues and note that the order must be reported within three weeks of receipt. For items that are lost in shipping, you must file a claim with us within four weeks of the expected delivery date. We will happily cover the costs for any issues that were responsible for.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If there’s an issue with your order, whether it's the product quality or something else, reach out to Smooth and Eazy Designs immediately for assistance through Esty messages.

What happens when orders are returned?

If the courier determines your address is insufficient, your shipment will be returned to us. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

Lost packages? No problem! We will assist with the lost or missing package process and cover the costs for reprinting and reshipping. Don't hesitate to reach out.

What if my item says it was "delivered" but I didn't receive it?

The package was marked as delivered by the delivery service but you say you haven’t received it. If this happens, Smooth and Eazy Designs will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. However, I suggest you contact the carrier and check with them, as the delivery person might have left your package somewhere unexpected. Customers should check with the carrier in case the delivery was made but the package was left in an unexpected location at their address. For example, "Left behind the house near the recycling bin."
