PLEASE NOTE: Requests for rush orders left in the note section of your order will not be honoured.

All orders will be shipped with UPS, ICS or Purolator with an approximate shipping time of 1-5 days depending on your location. Rush orders will be shipped overnight with DHL.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Should you have any issues/not be able to find this information, please reach out to us and we will be more than willing to share it with you again.

Unfortunately, once your order leaves our studio, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or stolen packages. If you believe your item is missing or has been stolen, please reach out to us and we can confirm we have received a proof of delivery from the courier however, we are unable to remake or refund your order. We suggest filing a claim with the applicable courier as per the below:

If we receive your order and you forget to include critical information (like a name) that prevents us from moving forward with your order, we will contact you within 7 days to request the appropriate information. Should we not get a response within this 7 day window, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

If you forget to include your thread, yarn or felt colour choice or, your font choice, we will select one that compliments the item you have chosen.
