WELCOME TO DREAMartCATCHERx 🤍

Beautifully handmade in Greece, our creations bring comfort, warmth, and timeless charm to your home.

From cozy floor cushions and reading nook essentials to beautiful nursery decor, every piece is crafted with attention to detail, carefully selected fabrics, and love.

MATERIALS & QUALITY

Our handmade products feature carefully selected materials, including cotton, linen, and high-quality 100% polyester suede, depending on the design.

COMFOREL FILLING

Our filled cushions feature Comforel, a soft, lightweight polyester fiber filling made of small, fluffy clusters. It provides excellent comfort, volume, resilience, and shape retention, helping cushions remain soft and comfortable with everyday use.

Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

- Machine wash washable cushions at 30°C, provided your washing machine has sufficient capacity.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Allow to air dry naturally.
- Gently reshape after washing.
- Not all designs have removable covers. Please check individual product details.

VACUUM PACKAGING

Our products are carefully vacuum-packed for shipping.

After unpacking, please allow approximately 2–3 days for filled items to regain their original shape and volume. Gently fluff and reshape if necessary.

PROCESSING & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Production and processing time: 5–7 business days.

All orders are handmade in Greece and shipped worldwide via DHL.

❗️USA – DHL DDP SHIPPING

All US orders are shipped via DHL DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Import duties, tariffs, and customs clearance fees are prepaid by us and already included in the product's selling price, ensuring that no additional import charges are expected upon delivery.

IMPORTANT – RETURNS:

In the event of a return, the prepaid import duties, tariffs, customs clearance charges, and DDP-related fees included in the product price are NON-REFUNDABLE under our shop policy.

These non-recoverable expenses will be deducted from any eligible refund.

The buyer is also responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional return-related customs expenses.

These conditions do not apply to refunds required because an item is defective, incorrect, or not as described.

OTHER COUNTRIES

Additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery times vary by country. Customs inspections, clearance procedures, and unexpected DHL delays are beyond our control.

We are responsible for preparing and dispatching orders within the stated processing time but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

❗️CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of purchase under our standard shop policy.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted through our standard cancellation procedure.

Once an order has shipped, customers must follow the applicable return procedure.

❗️RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible return requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please contact us through Etsy Messages before returning an item.

IMPORTANT: ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER OUR STANDARD SHOP POLICY.

For change-of-mind returns:

- The buyer pays all shipping costs.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- The buyer is responsible for applicable return-related customs and handling charges.
- Products must be securely packaged and returned according to our instructions.
- Any refund is processed according to applicable laws and Etsy policies.

Clearly personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

❗️REFUSED DELIVERIES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Refusing delivery is NOT a substitute for our return procedure.

If you change your mind after dispatch, please accept delivery and contact us to arrange an eligible return.

EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS

If delivery is refused or unsuccessful due to the buyer's failure to cooperate with DHL, the parcel will be returned to Greece.

The buyer is responsible for the resulting return shipping costs and additional courier charges.

DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE EUROPE

International return shipping and customs expenses may exceed the total order value.

If the buyer refuses delivery, provides incorrect shipping information, fails to respond to DHL, or does not cooperate with delivery arrangements, DHL may classify the parcel as abandoned or dispose of it instead of returning it to Greece.

IF A SHIPMENT IS ABANDONED OR DISPOSED OF BY DHL DUE TO THE BUYER'S REFUSAL OR FAILURE TO COOPERATE, NO REFUND OR RESHIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER OUR SHOP POLICY.

PHONE NUMBER & DELIVERY COMMUNICATION

Your telephone number is requested solely to facilitate DHL delivery, never for marketing.

Buyers must provide accurate shipping details, monitor tracking updates, and respond promptly to DHL notifications or our delivery-related messages.

Additional costs caused by incorrect information or failure to cooperate with delivery are the buyer's responsibility.
