All orders for United States of America with a total of over 800$ there will be some amount of customs fees that will need to be paid by the customers. Shipment company collects these customs fees and then given to the USA government.

All orders for Australia and Canada may also have to undergo some customs fees that will need to be paid by the customers. These customs fees are depending on the value of the order.

🔄 RETURNS:
We accept returns, but please be aware that customers are responsible for shipping and return costs, customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs and import taxes may apply to USA, Canada, Asia, Australia and any country that is not part of the European Union. Due to some recent changes in the European Union's customs, delays up to 1 month and possible customs fees are to be expected for all returning packages from outside the European Union. ❌ CANCELLATIONS:
We accept cancellations in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during the production.

📏 FALSE SIZE:
Because all of our jewels are handmade, in the case of false size or given measurements by the customer, there is not the option of return but only of exchange. In that case, the customer will need to pay 20% restocking fees and take care of shipping costs of the transportation of the product both ways.
