If your items are custom, it will be 2-3 business days, on average, to prepare your design before sending it to a partner for printing. Then allow another 1-2 business days to be printed and shipped. If the design is not a custom design then your item will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, on average.

I strive to get your order processed, fulfilled, and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. It is very difficult, and sometimes not possible, for me to cancel the fulfillment process or change order details once an order is submitted, especially after the 1st 12 hours of placing the order.

With that being said, I am not able to cancel/adjust orders once they are in the process of fulfillment or shipping.

Once a tracking number is attached to your order, it has been handed off for transit either by myself or by one of my printing partners.

Please allow 24-72 hrs for initial scans to reflect in the tracking.

“Pre-Transit” does not mean your package is being held up on this end but rather indicates that it is awaiting a scan from the carrier.

Reaching out to the carrier (or me) about the status of your tracking unfortunately will not expedite this process.

For US orders, at least *7 full business days* of no tracking activity should be given before assuming a package is missing.

For international orders, *20 full business days* should be given before assuming a package is missing.

Unfortunately, transit time is hard to guarantee & subject to vary but most US orders will arrive in approximately 5-10 business days! Any orders outside of the United States will take approximately 8 to 14 business days!

Please be advised that AirPod 3rd Gen cases ship from overseas and will take approximately 8 to 14 business days.

If your order has multiple items, there is a chance your items may ship separately. Don’t worry, almost always, they haven’t been forgotten!

Reasons include: different printing partners help me in the fulfillment of the items, varying processing times, on-hand availability, stock, etc.

As a buyer, it is your responsibility to provide me with an accurate, complete, and current address.

If your order is returned due to an address issue of any kind, you will be expected to pay the costs to cover a new shipping label when it arrives back to me.

If your order is not delivered or received due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any replacements.

I do not accept Forced Returns/Refunds as a result of your refusal to cooperate.

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Please reach out if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

Custom and personalized products CAN NOT be exchanged or returned for any reason.

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with me within 14 days of product delivery. A free replacement or a refund will be given in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

It is recommended that you remove your mobile phone before wiping down your case with a damp cloth. The product and the mobile phone should be completely dry before and during use. If the case becomes wet or damp, it is recommended you remove the case and dry it thoroughly before further use.

MagSafe Magnet is one of the best on the market but the strength quality is only guaranteed to be compatible with Apple Products as third-party sellers' magnets may not have the same strength capabilities causing the case to not adhere to the accessories properly.

The mockup images are a representation of how the final product will look – it is not always an exact replica of the real deal.
