How do I keep my product looking great?

When you wash your items, turn any shirts or jumpers inside out and use a delicate setting. This will help to prevent the design from fading.

Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron over print

*Our method of printing is direct to garment, like any direct to garment prints they will look like they have faded slightly over time with more wear and washes this due to the fibres lost during washing so we strongly recommend following the guidelines set above to care for your item. This is not a fault and we will not be able accept returns for an item that appears to be faded.

6) Finally, Your Shirts will be ready to ship 2-5 Business Days.

***Packaging***

All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging.

Most orders up to a certain size will ship in either a small, medium or large paper mailers. These mailers are bespoke, manufactured specifically for use for NerdHouseCo orders.­

Clothing items such as t-shirts and hoodies are folded neatly into these bags; to save on packing materials and reduce waste we do not pack items into individual bags before they are shipped in these mailers.

Our paper postal mailing bags are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certi­fica­tion. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option. The weather-proof parcel protects its contents during transit.

Cardboard boxes are used for orders too bulky for our large paper mailers. They work in just the same way though; clothing items are folded neatly into them, and any products requiring special packaging (such as mugs) which are shipping with clothing items are packed in their own packaging first before shipping in a box.

*When opening a new shirt or hoodie with a direct to garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that isn't unusual - it's caused by a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it isn't permanent. Once the garment has been washed the smell and/or residue will disappear.
