What am I purchasing?

You are purchasing a digital file that you can download and print at home or through a professional printing service. No physical item will be shipped.

How do I download my files?

Once your payment is processed, Etsy will send a download link in the order confirmation email. You can also access your files anytime under "Purchases & Reviews" in your Etsy account using web browser. If you still have trouble finding it, feel free to contact us.

Can I edit the files?

Most of our files are non-editable and ready to print as-is. However, if an item is customizable, it will be mentioned in the listing description such as Canva template.

Where can I print my files?

You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or through online printing services like Staples or Office Depot. For best results, use high-quality paper or cardstock.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us - we are happy to help.

Can I exchange my duplicate purchase for another item?

Yes! If you've purchased the same item twice, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different digital item of equal or lesser value. Just send us a message.

Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

Our pintables are for personal use and light commercial not more than 50 pieces. You can use them to as part of your DIY craft materials. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files in any material is not allowed. If you need a commercial license, please message us for details.

Can I edit the design to suit my craft, such as adding or removing part of the design?

No, our designs are sold as-is and cannot be altered, modified, or used to create new designs. If you need a specific change, please message me for a custom request!
