Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. At this point, money and time have already been invested, therefore a cancellation is not possible.

We are happy to offer a refund if an order arrives with clear, demonstrable damage. This can be things like manufacturing errors (wrong size, color, etc.) or flaws. We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for consideration of a refund request. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 30 days of delivery) via ETSY messaging with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

Please be certain to review that you have provided us with the correct and complete shipping address. This will enable us to avoid any unfortunate misunderstandings with regard to delivering your order. After an item has shipped from our Print On Demand provider, things have moved beyond our control.

Custom and personalized orders

I currently offer custom or personalized orders. Many of my items have personalization options. I can also custom make any item you have in mind but do not see. I have customized orders for large groups of 150 people and one-off orders to ensure a special gift for a loved one. If you do not see that option on an item you like, please message me BEFORE you purchase that item. If you do not do that, the item will automatically be made and shipped without personalization.

If you like your t-shirts loose or oversized, you might want to order a size up and if you’d like a more fitted women’s style then order a size down.

CARE INSTRUCTION:
Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Do not dry clean.

PRINTING METHOD:
DTG printing method is used for these shirts.
A process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology. The three key requirements for a DTG printer are a way to hold the garment in a fixed position, an inkjet print head, and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly by the print head and are absorbed by the garment's fibers.
