Unfortunately the Horn arch with attached florals did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and design. Although I tried to explain my concerns through several messages and photos there was no resolve to my issues. The entire arch had to be remade with other florals at my expense. The shop policy is non refundable and I’ve learned a hard lesson with this purchase. Future clients should ask for close up detailed photos before making a purchase. Many flowers were not even glued to the foam backing on the arch and simply fell to the floor when putting the arch together. The florals were sparse and left huge gaps that could not be repaired or filled without a lot of extra florals. I made the purchase based on reviews No partial refund was offered only that they would send more flowers. Extremely disappointed.

The seller was very communicative about my order. She sent me a video proposal of the finished order and fixed what I wanted fixed!! The flowers arrived in two days and are absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to see them on the arch for my ceremony and in our pictures. Thank you so much!!
