Custom work return and exchange

Custom orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Custom colour: the buyer provides photos or designs and requests a colour match for the wig. Custom fitting: the buyer provides their own measurement or/and modifies the cap's design, resulting in a made-to-order, non-standard cap. Units longer than 24" are custom-made.

No, you do not need to glue or tape down your Wig Coven wig. Our fully glueless cap construction provides a secure fit without adhesive products. The adjustable straps ensure a customized fit, while the meticulously crafted hairline and sideburns stay put for a natural look. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of wearing your Wig Coven wig without the need for gluing or taping. However, if you choose to use adhesives, it is 100% safe to do so.

Parting: This unit can be parted anywhere within the laced (hand-tied) area.

To change the parting space, you will need to spray the area lightly to dampen the hair and then use a brush to re-direct the knots from the root. Blow dry to set the new parting space if needed. Without heat styling, the new parting space tends to have a "lifted" effect - this can be easily fixed with heat styling tools. If you need further explanation, simply reach out to the Wig Coven team for guidance.
