Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of my products, I do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

I can't download my files. / There is no link to download.

If there is no download link or it is grayed out, that means ... 1) You are trying to download onto a mobile device that doesn’t support downloading and/or opening zip folders and you will need to download onto a computer. or 2) You are logged into a different Etsy account than you purchased the files from (you have more than one Etsy account) and you will need to log into the correct account.

Can I use a Cricut to cut your pages? Can you help me with my Cricut?

All of my fussy cuts and ephemera can be cut by hand or with certain cutting machines. I've added a gray outline to all fussy cuts that was "recognized" to enable cutting as of the Cricut machine versions in 2025. Other cutting machine brands and any later versions of Cricut have not been tested and I can't guarantee that they will work with my pages. I cannot offer tutorials or instructions on the use/settings for cutting machines and you will need to have a working understanding of your machine and programs. Cricut tips from customers: *Print to Cut method will work best. *If an image loses an outline while dropping the background, drop the color tolerance so it will recognize and pick up the outline.

The downloaded folder won't open. / How do I extract/open a zip folder?

All of my files are quite large, so it is necessary for them to be compressed in zip folders. They will need to be extracted (decompressed) after you download in order to open the folders and view the contents. How to extract a zip folder: *click the download button *click "extract all" *browse to choose where to save the file(s) *click "extract" *the files are now extracted and can be opened/viewed where you saved them (If your zip folder is already downloaded onto your computer, double click the zip folder instead of clicking "download button", then follow the rest of the steps above.)

Can you resend the download link email? / I don't have access to that email anymore. / Can you send the link to a different email address?

The email with the download link is automatically generated by Etsy after payment, and Etsy sellers cannot resend the email. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If the email address you have listed with Etsy is not your current/correct email, or your inbox was full when the email tried to send, you can access your downloads from the “purchases” section of your Etsy account (click your profile picture for the pull-down menu). I do not email files from my personal email.

Can I make fussy cut pages or other pages smaller? / Can you change the images to pngs?

Note: My pages are junk journal pages and journal fussy cut pages with images on the pages as shown in listing pictures in jpg format - they are not png clipart files with transparent backgrounds. They cannot be changed to png or pdf format. While scaling pages to a larger size will impact image quality, you can always make pages smaller if you wish. Since all of my pages are JPG files, you can import a page into another program, such as Word, and manipulate the size of the page however you'd like before printing.

The pages won't print/won't print correctly. Can you help?

All of my pages are regular JPG files that will print a page that looks exactly like the file you open on your screen (slight color variations depending on brightness of your screen). If you have downloaded successfully and can open my pages on your screen, but they will not print, do not print the correct size, or another error, that indicates that one or more printer settings are not set correctly or a general printer/ink issue; it does not indicate that there is a problem with the files. Etsy sellers are limited in their ability to troubleshoot personal printer issues. Setting Tips: "landscape" not "portrait", 100% zoom, "full page" "borderless" printing, 8 1/2 x 11 paper size, some phones/tablets don't support printing.
