If for any reason you would like to return an item - please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must then be sent back within 14 days of our acceptance of the return request.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning any item, we recommend a service that provides proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible or liable to issue a refund for any items that do not reach us.

The item must be returned in its originally packaging & in its original unused condition. If any item is not returned as per this criteria, the buyer will be responsible for the loss in value. Original postage costs are also non refundable. If you have any questions, please send us a message and we will do our best to assist you!

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds on any custom or personalised orders.

We do offer the majority of our products via wholesale. Please send us a message about you, your store & where you are planning to sell our product and will get back to you with all our wholesale details.

We find stores that focus on colour, lifestyle, fashion & curated items are the best fit for our products. If this sounds like your store then we would love to hear from you.

We do not offer a dedicated gift wrapping service, but all of our product are carefully wrapped in our silver spotty tissue and packaged in biodegradable packaging. If you mark the order as a 'gift' on Etsy, it will generate a packing slip that allows you to add a custom message and removes pricing from the paper slip included in the parcel

As leather is a natural product, each of our items will appear slightly different in the texture & feel. This makes each one unique and should not be considered as a fault.

Please see some quick pointers below to help extend the lifetime of your items:
- Wiping over with a damp cloth on a regular basis, to remove general dirt/dust
- Consider using a leather protector - always make sure to test on a small/unseen area before putting over the whole thing
- Avoid handling after using things like hand creams or chemical based products
- Avoid getting wet
- Avoid direct sunlight - for extended periods of time
- Stuff bags when not in use to help keep their shape
