How will I receive my files?

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. To find your files go to your email or check purchase section in your profile. Etsy saves all your files there. What will you receive when purchasing from this shop?

You will receive a high-quality file, usually in pdf, jpg, or png format to download. Please check individual listings. No physical item will be shipped. All products in this shop are digital downloads only.

How to print your files?

Files can be printed from home, a local print shop, or from online photo printing stores. I recommend printing on heavy cardstock or as stated in individual listings. For best results, select Page Scaling: None (print to actual size).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As we only sell digital files, it is not possible to offer refunds or exchanges all the time. We do offer refunds if the files have not been downloaded (we can check from our dashboard). We do offer refund if you buy an upgrade .
