📦 We ship plants Monday-Tuesday. Usually shipping out same or next day. Plants shipped to continental US only (if you are outside continental US, contact us first). We ship professionally FAST from our US Dallas location. We typically ship plants UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, or Next-Day Air to minimize any damage to the plant. If needed, we will include a heat pack, free of charge. We are sure to package our plants carefully to ensure a safe arrival. Message us for shipping upgrades or any specific shipping requirements.
🪴 Though we do our best to ensure we ship ready-to-enjoy plants, conditions of the roots and leaves may vary. For imported plants and cuttings, some roots may still be acclimating and/or leaf or root damage may be present. However, we do not ship plants that are unhealthy or if we believe it will not endure shipping under normal transit. We offer shipping upgrades to help minimize damage.
👉 PLEASE BE AWARE that some plants, hybrids, or cultivars may not be formally described or may have unknown parentage, and thus the name we use may not be the name that you know them as, due to having multiple unaccepted names.
