Will I receive anything in the mail?

If you order a DIGITAL FILE EMAILED then you will not be receiving anything in the mail. Only photo prints and canvas are shipped to you - for free!

How do I print the files?

Simply save the file to your computer and send it to a local photo lab (Walmart, Costco, CVS, Walgreens etc) or to a local print shop (Staples, Kinkos etc). Some customers have even had the prints made into a canvas. You can also choose to print it yourself on either photo paper or cardstock. We strongly recommend getting it professionally printed at a print shop or photo lab for the best results.

Can we put photos in a specific order for photo collage prints?

We cannot put photos in a specific order or layout. It is like a puzzle to make all the photos fit together. We can accommodate requests for specific photos in certain spots. We will use our discretion to place the photos in the spots that work best. Once we send you the final digital file or proof we are happy to swap a couple photos if needed and only if it still works with the layout.

What if I need a print done quickly?

This option is only available for Digital File purchases only. If you cannot wait the 1-2 or 2-3 business day turnaround there is rush order fee. - You'll receive your final JPEG and PDF file within 12 hours - Monday to Friday ONLY, excludes Saturday, Sunday and Canadian Holidays Please reach out to us beforehand to confirm we are able to rush your order and we will send you the link to go ahead.

If you need a print in a specific size not offered in the size options simply send me a message and I'll be happy to accommodate your request!

Can you create something custom for me?

Absolutely! Like something in the shop and want to change it up to make it your own? I can do that! I can also combine designs from existing prints or create something special just for you! Most of my print ideas come from customers who wanted something unique.

Different Language Options

If you're looking to have a specific print in a different language, I am happy to accommodate your request. Please include the translation for the entire text in the print in the Personalization box when placing your order.

Do you offer discounts for multiple quantities?

We sure do! Discounts are available for 6 or more of the same prints - 25% off 6 prints using code: 6PLUS 30% off 10 prints using code: 10PLUS 40% off 20 prints using code: 20PLUS

What is the average turnaround time?

For Digital Files and Proofs you can expect to receive them: 1 - 2 business days 2 - 3 business days (collage prints) Business days are Monday - Friday (EST). No orders will be sent on the weekends. If you do not provide all the required information we will reach out to you via Etsy conversation usually within 1 business day. For photo prints and canvas then please follow the shipping times indicated on the item page. ▷ PRODUCTION TIMES PHOTO PRINT: 2-5 business days Your item will be shipped 4-7 business days after you place your order. CANVAS: 5-8 business days Your item will be shipped 7-10 business days after you place your order.

Do I receive a proof before my final file is emailed?

Please double-check that you have sent all the correct information/spelling etc before placing your order. DIGITAL FILES We DO NOT send proofs for approval. You will receive the final JPEG and PDF files to your email within 1-2 business days. 1 revision is included in the price, so if anything is incorrect or you'd like to change something we are happy to do so. We will re-send the file back within 1 business day. PHOTO PRINT/CANVAS We will send you a proof via Etsy messenger or email within 1-2 business days. Look over the file and let us know if there are any changes. We will send back the proof with the applied changes. Any additional edits are subject to a fee. Once we receive the final approval, it is sent into production.

 Please disregard the shipping times stated. Same day rush fee is available.  We do not send proofs in advance, we include 1 edit so am happy to make any changes after the final files have been sent. Any additional edits may be subject to a fee.   

Once you receive the file you are free to print and frame as you wish. We will include a Printing FAQ document with details on how to print your files.

Printed on high-quality, 170 gsm (65 lb), classic semi-glossy paper with a subtle shine. Please note that the frame is NOT included.

Proof will be sent within 2 business days via Etsy Messenger or email.
