Custom and personalized orders

We can personalize so many things. We can use laser for engraving or we can add vinyl to an item. We are still working on adding items to our Etsy shop and we post everything we make on our Facebook page. We will always send a photo preview of your personalized image so you know exactly what you are going to get. We will also let you know how long it will take for us to make the product and will have it ready as quickly as possible.

Return and refund policy

If it is personalized with your name, we will not issue a refund. We will work with you to replace the item if there was damage during shipping. Please message us with any problems and we will do what we can to fix any issue.

If you are local to the Meridian, MS area, we can deliver to you. Prior to making a purchase on Etsy, message us for further details and instructions on setting up the delivery.
