WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for 3D signs and 2-3 weeks for painted signs. Please note, this DOES NOT include shipping times, which is generally 1-3 days. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible, but it may take the full processing time for your order to ship. If you need your item by a specific date, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

HOW DO I HANG MY SIGN?

All of our signs come with an attached sawtooth hanger for easy hanging. Framed signs are able to stand alone if you would rather display your sign on a shelf.

STAIN AND PAINT COLORS

We make every effort to show colors accurately, but due to monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different from screen to screen. Additionally, each piece of wood is unique in nature, so slight variations may occur.

Digital proofs are provided for all personalized and custom signs. We will send a digital mockup of the design within 24-48 hours after purchase for you to review to ensure you like the font and color choices you selected at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide digital proofs prior to purchase at this time.

We love creating custom pieces for our customers. If you have a sign in mind that you don’t see in our shop, please send us a message and we are more than happy to create something just for you. We will create a custom listing for you and, once purchased, we will begin designing. You will receive a digital proof to approve before we begin production to make sure you are completely happy with the design.

WHAT IF MY SIGN ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We carefully package each order, but in the event your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damage, including photos of the packaging so that we are able to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please make sure to double-check that your email and mailing address are up-to-date when placing your order. We send all conversations and digital proofs via Etsy messages, so if the email address linked to your account is incorrect, you may not receive notifications. If your proof is not approved within 48 hours of being sent, we will proceed with the design as shown. We will ship your sign to the address provided in your order. We are not liable for shipping to an incorrect address and if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of having it reshipped.

This listing is for a brand new, AUTHENTIC Stanley tumbler that has been laser engraved with a full, 360-degree floral leopard design wrap and personalized with the name(s) of your choosing.

HOW TO ORDER
- Select the COLOR and SIZE you'd like (30oz options are towards the bottom of the drop-down menu)
- Select YES or NO from the "Add Name" drop-down. Please enter name in the Personalization box if you selected yes

All of our tumblers are purchased directly from the manufacturer or other reputable retailers. Each tumbler is brand new, never used - we remove the cardboard sleeve/tag to engrave the design and then each cup will be washed by hand to remove any residue from the lasering process. We will then carefully package and ship your tumbler to you.

***CARE INSTRUCTIONS and WARRANTY INFORMATION***
Our tumblers are laser engraved (no vinyl) and will last a lifetime with proper care and handling. To ensure your tumbler lasts for many years to come, it is highly recommended that it is hand-washed only, including lids and straws. Additionally, tumblers should always be held at the base when securing the lid. Please DO NOT use the handle as a leverage/bearing point, doing so may result in the handle breaking.

Please keep in mind, Thistle Dew Lane does not manufacture or warranty the tumblers themselves - we only guarantee the engraving services we provide. If your tumbler arrives damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage/defects reported after this point as we have no way of knowing how the tumbler has been cared for.
