We prepare orders within 3-5 business days. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 days, while Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 days.

How can I visualize the product sizes accurately?

Each product's exact measurements (grams, inches, centimeters) are clearly listed in the product descriptions. Additionally, customer review photos are great for visual reference. We frequently update listing images as well.

Which products can I customize?

We offer free engraving up to 10 characters inside rings and up to 20 characters on the backside of necklaces. Please note, some models may not be suitable for engraving. Moreover, all silver products can be custom-made in 10K, 14K, or 18K gold upon request. Feel free to contact us for pricing details.

Are the gemstones real in your gemstone collections?

Our gemstone collection features high-quality cubic zirconia stones. These stones are laboratory-made, highly durable, and completely safe for everyday wear.

What's your exchange and return policy?

Selecting the correct ring size is the customer's responsibility. Unless there's a production error, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All shipping and customs charges arising from returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

What finish is shown in the main product images?

The main images display the Oxidized Matte finish. This finish is highly recommended as it best showcases the details and craftsmanship of our designs.

Are the products waterproof and weather-resistant?

Our 925 Sterling Silver products are very durable and designed to last. However, prolonged exposure to water, such as swimming, showering, or gym workouts, isn't recommended. Plated collections are more sensitive compared to oxidized silver and require gentle handling to prevent damage. Plated products are not covered by warranty. The durability of the plating varies depending on personal usage and care.

Communication could have been better. I asked to wait on sending the ring to confirm the size. A few hours later, it says the ring was dispatched. It took days and prompting to get a response. In the end, it worked out. Quality wise, the ring is lovely. It came in a wooden box, and it was wrapped up with a wax seal. Thus, the presentation was fantastic.

This is my second ring from here and I love it just as much as the other ring. While I'm used to rings designed in animal shapes being bulky I find the lightweight build of these rings to be refreshing. I also highly recommend trying out the alternative metals, these designs really pop in rose metal. A pleasure doing business.
