Music is tied to memories and feelings and can teach us a lot about where we've been and who we are. Prompts are accompanied by inspirational quotes and there is room to make your own prompts, make a musical timeline, and take notes.
Cameron Wood is a board-certified music therapist. She grew up in Alaska where she was always singing. She now resides in New York City and surrounds herself constantly with animals and music. She earned her Bachelor of Music with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from New York University. Cameron went on to study Music Therapy at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and is an intern at the Louis Armstrong Center for Music and Medicine.

Great journal! As pictured, it is a soft booklet with thoughtful prompts to take you back through the soundtrack to your life. Really unique gift. Rated 4 stars as it would be a little easier to read on white paper vs gray (pages are similar to newspaper color) and if the layout was a tick different (some of the response areas are too small). Enjoyed the music related quotes throughout which clearly took a lot of time to procure.
Great quality, quick delivery. Bought one for myself and one for a gift.
