This tracker was made in collaboration with my therapist & instructor husband and from feedback from other providers to be sure it covers as many details as possible from the start.

FEATURES:
Track courses you’re planning or even just considering taking as well as those you’ve completed. Track your costs so they’re handy for reimbursement requests and taxes. There’s also space for special requirements like ethics, in person vs. online, etc., to record whether you received a certificate and where it’s stored for easy access, make notes on providers and presenters so you can return to your favorites, and more.

Worksheets:
1. INPUTS-Start here: Enter basic information like the timeframe in which CEUs must be taken, how many are required, and any special requirements.
2. Detail: This is where you’ll head most often to enter classes you’re interested in or have taken along with any details you want to capture for each one like cost, where certificates are stores, links to class material, and much more.
3. Summary: An interactive chart and data to give you quick visuals of your progress
4. Important Notes: Notes on using your new spreadsheet

And because it’s a spreadsheet, you can add columns or rows for anything else you need.
