Personalization
Personalization options can vary depending on the listing. In some listings personalization is only for the print color of the design however for instance in custom listings it refers to a custom text or color or only for the customizable section of that listing. Returns & Exchanges & Cancellations
Considering the requirements for our industry in nowadays and our processing speed we do not accept cancellations after 2 hours. All of the items that are advertised on our shop is handcrafted by our team with care and love. Therefore, we are not able to do returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our end, defect product etc. Please carefully review all photos and charts to get the correct item you would like. All of the product measurements and specifications are listed in our description and in the listing photos as size charts. If anything goes wrong about your order, contact our team and your problem will be solved in matter of minutes. Customer is obligated to provide an accurate address and if the product returns to our company due to insufficient address or inaccurate address our company is not responsible for the reshipping fees. All of the shipping fees should be covered by the customer since it’s their responsibility to provide an accurate address.

Production & Shipping
Our processing time is 0-2 business days. Shipping usually takes between 2-7 business days. We will do our best to ship your product as fast as possible. During the holiday seasons orders may be delayed due to high volume. If you would like to expedite your order, please select express or 1 day shipping. Express shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days and 1 day shipping is 1 business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days so If you placed an order on Friday with 1 day you will be receiving your order on the upcoming Monday or Tuesday. Please let our team know if you need your product on a specific date.

Care Instructions
Please wash the t-shirt inside out with cold-cold setting on your wash machine and hang them to dry. Please do not apply iron directly on the design instead apply iron when the t-shirt is inside out for a longer life cycle. Do not bleach or do not tumble dry.
