COMMERCIAL USE:
Commercial use means you are using any Happy Hoop embroidery design for any product that is for sale or profit. **A standard license is included in all listings for up to 50 single finished products (for example: 50 shirts or 50 backpacks or 50 towels, or 25 shirts and 25 dresses or 25 backpacks and 25 towels etc.).
An extended commercial license MUST BE PURCHASED if selling 51 to 100 finished items or 101 to 999 finished items. Please purchase the extended commercial license that fits your business plan under the Commercial License section of our Etsy shop.
***Please note that an extended commercial license must be purchased for EACH SINGLE design that is to be stitched on any finished items.***

-You are NOT allowed to sell, resell, trade, share, lend, give away in part or in whole any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design.
-You CANNOT use any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design to sell and claim as your own.
-You CANNOT alter, edit, or convert any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design in any way to sell and claim as your own.
-You CANNOT use parts of any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design to create your own design(s) to sell and claim as your own.
-You MAY NOT turn any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design into heat transfers or screen prints.
-You MAY NOT turn any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design into Vector (SVG, AI, EPS, etc.) or cutting files that are used for cutting machines such as Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, Brother ScanNCut, etc.
-You MAY NOT turn any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design into designs for sublimation.
-You MAY NOT use any Happy Hoop embroidery/applique design file on print-on-demand websites such as but not limited to Zazzle, Café Press, Amazon Merch, etc.

By purchasing from Happy Hoop Embroidery Designs, you, the purchaser, agree to all the above and the following:
1.) Designs purchased from Happy Hoop may be stitched out on physical items for personal use without limitation.
2.) Designs purchased from Happy Hoop may be stitched out on physical items for sale or profit without exceeding 50 physical single products. A commercial license MUST be purchased if exceeding this amount.
3.) Designs purchased from Happy Hoop MAY NOT be resold as embroidery design sets, as individual design files, in whole or in part, nor as compilations of individual files combined with other designs to create merged designs for profit. Digitizing takes a great deal of time and skill. Please respect the time and effort put into creating these designs.
4.) You, the purchaser, understand that resizing or adjusting density on any embroidery file will compromise stitch quality and may damage your embroidery machine and any projects that you are working on. Resizing or editing the design is not recommended and we cannot guarantee the quality of the design if you alter them in any way.
