This ID tag is very sturdy and is comprised of two layers of high-quality, cast acrylic and includes two stainless steel split rings (the large one measuring 1" and the smaller one measuring 1/2"). There is no noisy "clinking" with these tags, as both layers of acrylic are bonded together and don't rub or shift against each other. The tag itself measures 2.25"W x 1.5"H x .25"D.
